Excellent service was provided during our stay. the room was fantastic with comfortable twin beds, robes, and a view of the Colonada. the hotel is located in a perfect spot in Karlovy Vary, just a short distance from the spa town in the Czech Republic and the city center.

The hotel's location was excellent, next to hill with a handicapped person, and Karlovy Vary, spa town in Czech Republic. I had clean, well-designed room with music, comfortable beds and view on Colonada, had good night's sleep.

It has nice facilities and offers rich breakfasts.

The room was amazing, had central heating, a private safe, and a multi-channel TV 📺. It had a nice view outside. the pool was clean, and there was parking available right here.

During my recent business trip to Karlovy Vary, my director chose Astoria Hotel & Medical Spa for our stay. I was truly impressed with the range of treatments available for both women and men, specifically tailored to different skin types. The spa operated daily until the evening hours, allowing me to indulge in relaxation after a long day of work. The new wellness center was particularly delightful, offering a counter-current pool, massage jets, a massage bench, and floor bubble massage. The historical spa town itself surprised me with its modern and attractive features. I also had the privilege of experiencing movement therapy under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists, which had a positive impact on my overall musculoskeletal health. The expert massages, focusing on individual muscle groups and using high-quality oils, were nothing short of heavenly. To top it all off, the spa treatments were complemented by a wellness center equipped with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, and herbal bath.

Not one thing.

The range of wellness services is great, with a pool, sauna, massages, and walks through the spa forests. The clean air and optimal humidity are just what I need to treat my ailments. The region has plenty of monuments and natural beauties to explore.

Oh, and let's not forget the wonderfully slow internet and the delightful surprise of being charged for 20-minute massages that only lasted 14 minutes. So thoughtful!

The room comes with a cool flat-screen TV that has all the satellite channels 📺, a handy fridge, and a cozy seating area. Plus, the location is just magnificent and incredible! 🌟

I had a great stay at Astoria Hotel & Medical Spa. the hotel itself is clean and in a very good location. All the medical treatments are conveniently located on the property. the staff at the front desk were okay, but one person in particular, Mr Jakub, was very friendly and informative. the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and I could even see the colonnade from the breakfast area on the first floor. the hotel has a classic and renovated feel, with nice wellness facilities and comfortable furniture. It's also just a short walk from the main bus station and located on a beautiful street. the room was also enjoyable, with a coffee machine and plenty of cups.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Karlovy Vary. The location was incredible, with a beautiful room that had comfortable beds and robes. I loved the amazing view of the mill colonnade from my room. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the porridge. The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast.

That the checkout time was quite early at 10am. It would have been nice to have until 11am to check out.

This place is a great choice for anyone visiting the mill colonnade, and there is a lovely café called Cafe Respirium Vridlo just a short 200-meter walk away.

My xmas stay had its highlights and drawbacks. I appreciated the two free drinks given in my room each day. the location was excellent as it was within walking distance of all the attractions I wanted to visit. I enjoyed the spa facilities.

There were also some negative aspects. the breakfast was mediocre at best, particularly the low-quality bread.
